You can monitor your vehicles and assets using your smartphone or tablet. The Netstar Fleet Manager Dashboard is optimised for smartphones and tablets, and our team has developed and launched Mobile Netstar Fleet Manager Pro for a variety of Android smartphone and iOS tablet devices. With the Mobile Netstar Fleet Manager Pro app, you can view your vehicle's location, speed, and status and set up alerts and notifications. You can also manage your account settings and preferences, view reports and data, and even chat with our customer support team. So, whether you're on the go or at home, you can always stay connected to your vehicles and assets.
CAN I USE NETSTAR’S DEVICE FOR NAVIGATION?
Yes, if paired with our in-vehicle Mobile Data Terminals or a compatible Garmin device. Garmin devices are compatible with our systems so that you can use your existing device for navigation without any extra installation required. They offer a wide range of features to make navigation easy, including voice-activated navigation, lane assist with junction view and hands-free calling. The Netstar device will integrate with these features to provide you with directions to your destination and real-time traffic updates to help you avoid delays. HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR MY VEHICLE/ASSET TO BE FITTED?
Our team of qualified professionals can install your track and trace application with minimal disruption to your day. In most cases, the entire process will take no longer than 90 minutes. If we require additional monitoring or accessories, we will confirm with you prior to beginning the installation. Please let us know as much detail as possible about the installation beforehand, such as battery isolation, connection to PTO, lift arm, brushes, vacuum, warning lights, etc. This will help us ensure that the process is completed quickly and efficiently.
WHAT HAPPENS IF MY VEHICLE OR ASSET IS STOLEN?
Once you have filed a police report, activate the Netstar Tracking Device. This will allow you to track the location of your vehicle or asset in real-time, increasing the chances of recovery. You can also set up operating hours and geofences - a virtual perimeter for your vehicle - and receive SMS and E-mail alerts if your vehicle or asset leaves the designated area.
