Updated Communication methods for Customer Support and Service Bookings- From Monday 2nd June 2025

At Netstar, we value great communication and are always working to improve how we support you. To make it easier and more efficient to get in touch with our team, we’re updating the way you can send us enquiries.

Starting the 2nd of June 2025, Netstar will no longer accept enquiries via email.

To ensure your needs are met smoothly and promptly, we now ask that all enquiries be submitted through one of the following methods. Please refer to the illustration below for the steps, which outline the two methods of support communication.

Contact method 1-

Fill out our online form for general customer enquiries, support, or questions. This helps us ensure your message gets to the right person quickly. This form can also be found on the Contact Us”‘ page on our Netstar Australia website.

Call our friendly team on 1300 728 882  You can reach us directly by phone to speak with one of our team members who will be happy to assist you.

Contact method 2- Service Bookings

If you’re looking to schedule a new installation, de-installation & re-installation, or require maintenance on a tracker, simply fill out our dedicated service booking form and we’ll be in touch to confirm the details.
This form can also be found on the Contact Us”‘ page on our Netstar Australia website.

Once your form has been submitted, one of our service coordinator’s will contact you and arrange a booking.
