The festive season is here, and at Netstar, we know how important it is to stay connected and have access to reliable services during this busy time of year. That is why we wanted to share important updates to our closure and opening times during this busy period, but rest assured, we’re here to support you.
Public Holidays Closure:
Netstar Australia will be closed on the following Public Holidays:
Christmas Day: 25th December 2024
Boxing Day: 26th December 2024
New Year’s Day: 1st January 2025
Customer Support – Reduced hours:
While we embrace the holiday spirit, a dedicated team will be available to assist you during specific hours. Commencing 23rd December 2024, and continuing through 2nd January 2025, our team of customer support specialists will be available Monday to Friday between 8 am to 6 pm AEST. Our only exception is Christmas Eve, Tuesday 24th December and New Year’s Eve 31st December 2024, where we will operate on reduced hours from 8am to 1pm AEST.
In case of emergencies during non-operating hours, our after-hours line will remain active to address urgent concerns promptly.
