Public Holidays Closure:
Netstar Australia will be closed on the following Public Holidays:
Christmas Day: 25th December 2023
Boxing Day: 26th December 2023
New Year’s Day: 1st January 2024
Customer Support:
While we embrace the holiday spirit, a dedicated team will be available to assist you during specific hours. Commencing 22nd December 2023, and continuing through 2nd January 2024, our team of customer support specialists will be available Monday to Friday between 8 am to 5 pm AEST.
Normal operating hours and regular staffing levels will resume on Wednesday 3rd January 2024.
In case of emergencies during non-operating hours, our after-hours line will remain active to address urgent concerns promptly.
