We have a range of devices specifically designed for tracking unpowered and stationary assets like containers and trailers. Because they don't rely on an external power source, they're incredibly low maintenance. Simply install the device and forget about it until you need to check in on your asset's location. Whether you're managing a fleet of vehicles or want peace of mind regarding your personal belongings, Netstar's tracking devices are an ideal solution.

Our team of qualified professionals can install your track and trace application with minimal disruption to your day. In most cases, the entire process will take no longer than 90 minutes. If we require additional monitoring or accessories, we will confirm with you prior to beginning the installation. Please let us know as much detail as possible about the installation beforehand, such as battery isolation, connection to PTO, lift arm, brushes, vacuum, warning lights, etc. This will help us ensure that the process is completed quickly and efficiently.

Of course. We refer to this as a de-installation/reinstallation, and it is the most common type of field service Netstar does. Once you have sold your vehicle/asset, you can contact us to de-install the tracker. A qualified technician will then remove the device. You are then free to reinstall the tracker in your new vehicle/asset. In most cases, this can be done quickly and easily by following the instructions in the user manual. However, if you experience any difficulties, our team of experts will be happy to assist you. Whether upgrading to a newer model or downsizing to a smaller car, rest assured that your Netstar tracker can come along for the ride.

Once you have filed a police report, activate the Netstar Tracking Device. This will allow you to track the location of your vehicle or asset in real-time, increasing the chances of recovery. You can also set up operating hours and geofences - a virtual perimeter for your vehicle - and receive SMS and E-mail alerts if your vehicle or asset leaves the designated area. With the Netstar Dashboard, you can significantly increase the chances of recovering your stolen property.
